Report an issue

For a broken page or API response, include the Trending Repos URL, the approximate time, the HTTP status if available, and what you expected to happen. For repository metadata corrections or removal requests, include the exact owner/name and the affected page. Do not include API tokens, passwords, private repository contents or personal information in a public message.

Trending Repos uses public GitHub data and is independent of GitHub. Rankings are updated approximately every four hours, so a recent upstream change may not appear immediately. The project cannot change a repository's GitHub source code, license, ownership or upstream metadata.

Privacy and integration

See the privacy policy for the site's data handling. Developers can consult the API documentation for request bounds, error recovery, rate limits and MCP access before reporting an integration problem. Public reads need no account or credentials.
